1. Promoter

The raffle is organised and operated by TCG House UK. 

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• The raffle is open to residents of United Kingdom
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this raffle are not eligible to enter.
• By entering this raffle, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Requirements

• Entries are obtained through the purchase of raffle tickets via our website.
• Each ticket purchased equals one entry unless otherwise stated.
• All entries must be submitted before the stated closing date and time.
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues or payment failures.

4. Raffle Period

• Opening Date: 24th May 2026
• Closing Date: 31st May 2026 @ 6pm
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

5. Prize

• The prize is: Prismatic ETB
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within 1 days of the closing date.
• The winner may be announced on our website and/or social media channels.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.
• The Promoter is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or lost deliveries once dispatched.
