Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once placed. Please contact us at contact@tcghouse.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch email once it ships.

Q: How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days (standard delivery). Express options may be available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Sealed products must remain unopened.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

Yes. All products sold by TCG House are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Q: How are cards packaged?
Cards are carefully sleeved and securely packaged to protect condition during transit.
Q: Do you guarantee condition?
We take care to ship products in excellent condition. For singles, condition will match the description provided.
