📦 Returns & Refunds Policy — TCG House

Thank you for shopping with TCG House. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here’s how our returns process works:

1. Returns Window

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Cards and collectibles must be returned sealed and unopened unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Some items may not be eligible if clearly specified as final sale at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Support team at contact@tcg-house.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  3. We’ll send you instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different card or product):

  • Let us know when you request your return.
  • We’ll confirm availability before processing.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
